Superbon’s knockout of Giorgio Petrosyan is the fight that marks the boundary between two scoring philosophies. Petrosyan’s decade of dominance was built on volume-and-defence scoring; ONE instructs its judges to weight fight-ending damage above accumulated clean landing, and under that criterion one head kick outweighed everything else on the card.
