Denise Kielholtz

Orthodox Dutch method at flyweight, where volume rather than power decides rounds. One of the sport’s best win rates.

Denise Kielholtz built one of the best win rates in women's kickboxing — 48 wins against 3 losses — as GLORY's flyweight champion, fighting the orthodox Dutch game at a weight where power is scarce and volume decides most rounds.

That is precisely the environment the Dutch method suits. When no single shot is likely to end matters, the fighter who can chain hands into low kicks for five rounds without dropping output wins on accumulation, and Kielholtz's conditioning let her hold that pace against everyone in the division.

She later moved into mixed martial arts with Bellator, following the route several GLORY champions have taken as the promotional landscape shifted.
