Iman Barlow has fought over a hundred professional bouts, which in a British career is remarkable — the domestic scene has never produced the volume of Thailand or the Netherlands, and reaching that number required fighting internationally and often.
She competes across kickboxing and Muay Thai rules, which is the norm for British fighters and rarer elsewhere. The UK circuit historically ran Thai rules more than K-1 derivatives, so British fighters arrive with a clinch and elbow game that Dutch-trained opponents often lack, and have to trim rather than build when they move to European kickboxing.
Her record is among the strongest in women's combat sports by any measure, and she remains the most internationally successful British woman the sport has produced.
