Featherweight
ONE’s strongest kickboxing division and the home of the Superbon–Petrosyan–Allazov sequence.
Featherweight under ONE rules has produced the most watched kickboxing of the last few years: Superbon knocking out Giorgio Petrosyan, then Chingiz Allazov knocking out Superbon. Both results came from single shots against fighters who had been close to unbeatable, which is exactly what ONE's damage-first judging philosophy rewards.
The limit disparity matters here as much as at bantamweight. ONE's featherweight cap is above GLORY's lightweight cap — so a ONE featherweight and a GLORY featherweight are not remotely the same athlete.
In Japan the division is where Takeru's multi-weight run peaked, and the domestic depth at 62.5 kg is unmatched anywhere else in the sport.
